Students will be able to explain the difference between and exhibit and an amendment, demonstrate the proper use of exhibits, amendments and special stipulations when working with clients, as well as identify changes to the 2026 GAR exhibits, amendments, and special stipulations.

Live music, delicious food, and evening of holiday cheer is what you will find at our annual Christmas Membership Meeting. The man is red may even be there himself so mark your calendars. All RSVPs must be in the office by November 21st. Brokers are asked to bring a gift for that evening’s drawings.

We are also asking all members to come with a new unwrapped toy for our Shop with a Cop toy drive. They will be collected that evening and then presented to BPS.

This course introduces the agents to the available technology tools available and how to use them in order to build and manage their database, market their offerings, and service real estate clients. The tools presented include, but not limited to, websites, drip campaigns, customer relationship management, blogging and vlogging, tax records, email management, and transaction and document management. This course will well serve those new in the business or as a refresher.

The SWGA Board of Realtors Membership Meeting will be held on April 14th at Bonnie Blues in Bainbridge, GA. The evening will consist of excellent networking opportunities, delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a relevant speaker.

We thrilled to have GA MLS and Exterminators as our evening’s sponsors. They will share the amazing contributions they bring to our association membership.
