Christmas Membership Meeting
Live music, delicious food, and evening of holiday cheer is what you will find at our annual Christmas Membership Meeting. The man is red may even be there himself so mark your calendars. All RSVPs must be in the office by November 21st. Brokers are asked to bring a gift for that evening’s drawings.
We are also asking all members to come with a new unwrapped toy for our Shop with a Cop toy drive. They will be collected that evening and then presented to BPS.

Don't miss our thrilling RPAC Auction at the glamorous Old Post Office! Homestar, Shepard Law Office, and the Old Post will be our fabulous sponsors for an evening of cocktails, music, food, and a live auction. Our goal is to finish our RPAC campaign strong for 2025. Cocktail attire is optional.

Come join our membership meeting while we raise funds for our RPAC goal at this year’s “You Want A Piece of Me?” pie auction at the Old Post Office Speakeasy in Bainbridge!

Membership Meeting
The SWGA Board of Realtors Membership Meeting will be held on April 14th at Bonnie Blues in Bainbridge, GA. The evening will consist of excellent networking opportunities, delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a relevant speaker.
We thrilled to have GA MLS and Exterminators as our evening’s sponsors. They will share the amazing contributions they bring to our association membership.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Our upcoming community outreach project is scheduled! All members and affiliates are invited to participate in this important cause.

Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client.
